I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
*Kindly contact our customer service with the item code and order number provided. We will take full responsibility and arrange the carrier to collect the faulty or incorrect item from you.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
* All returns must be returned / sent back within 10 calendar days. This return validity period begins from the date the goods are delivered to your shipping address.
